Terms of Service & EULA

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using Clannerly ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use Clannerly.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Clannerly.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and account activity.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep your account details updated.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abuse (EULA)

Clannerly is designed for positive real-world clubs, gatherings, and community events. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, sexually explicit or pornographic media, violent content, discrimination, or promotion of illegal activities are strictly banned.
  • In-App Reporting: Users can flag and report any objectionable club, event, message, or user profile at any time directly through the app using the in-app reporting tools.
  • In-App User Blocking: Users can immediately block abusive individuals. Blocking instantly hides their content and prevents future interactions.
  • 24-Hour Moderation Commitment: All flagged content and reported users are reviewed by moderators within 24 hours. Content violating our standards is removed immediately, and violating accounts are permanently suspended or terminated.

4. Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Standards

Clannerly strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), predatory behavior, or endangerment of minors.

  • We actively enforce proactive moderation, automated content filters, and prompt human review to prevent and eradicate child sexual exploitation.
  • Any attempt to distribute, facilitate, or promote CSAE will result in immediate permanent account termination without notice.
  • We promptly report any confirmed or suspected CSAE instances to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement agencies.
  • Designated Child Safety Contact: To report suspected child endangerment or safety violations, contact us immediately at kevinvdwelle1@gmail.com.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

  • Billing: Premium features, organizer tiers, and community club subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) or Google Play Billing via RevenueCat.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Management & Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Account settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are processed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective store refund policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clannerly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clannerly disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Clannerly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, club meetups, or community interactions.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union.
