Do my club members need to download an app to RSVP? ▾
No! This is one of Clannerly's biggest superpowers. When you drop an event link in your group chat, your friends can view details, RSVP, and claim potluck dishes directly from any mobile or desktop browser without installing anything.
How does the Potluck & Dietary Allergy Engine work? ▾
When members create their profile, they can set their dietary requirements (e.g. Gluten-Free, Vegan, Nut Allergies). Whenever an event is scheduled, Clannerly automatically calculates and summarizes these into a real-time host alert banner so nobody accidentally serves the wrong dish.
Can I sync Clannerly events with my personal calendar? ▾
Yes. Clannerly supports 2-way sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook via standard iCal feeds. Once connected, any event you RSVP 'Going' to appears on your personal schedule automatically.
Is Clannerly really free for members? ▾
Yes, 100%. Only the club organizer/host pays for premium features on the Hosted or Community plans. All invited members can join, chat, view menus, and RSVP completely free forever.
What types of groups use Clannerly? ▾
While Clannerly is legendary for dinner clubs and potlucks, it is actively used by padel groups, 5-a-side football teams, running clubs, book clubs, board game circles, and recurring friend hangouts.
